I’m Alex. A designer, visual thinker, and design leader with 15 years of experience. Passionate about design, technology, people, and the outdoors.

For more than a decade, I’ve brought a curious mind and a creative eye to every project combining proven design methods, intuition, and experience to create work that makes users happy and brands stronger.

My journey has taken me through print, advertising, motion, and product design. Each discipline comes with its own challenges, but the reward is always the same: collaborating with talented people to bring ideas to life. Over time, my focus naturally shifted toward product and experience design. Taking on leadership roles gave me the chance to guide teams and mentor other creatives—something I’ve come to truly value. I believe great design happens when different perspectives meet, and when teamwork turns ideas into something real across every (digital) touchpoint.

My path into design wasn’t exactly traditional. I started playing around with Photoshop at twelve and built my first website at fourteen. That early love for problem-solving, aesthetics, and technology eventually led me to make design my full-time career. I’ll always be grateful to Steam in Amsterdam for taking a chance on me and giving me the opportunity to apply my unconventional perspective to real projects.
